Aunt Nikki and Uncle Mike visited today. Presley was really excited to see them and even wanted Mike to scratch her butt. Presley has been pretty quiet lately and it was great to see her nub wagging again. Having visitors really lifts her spirits and she looks really happy when she gets so much attention.
Presley hasn't been coughing too much, which is great. Unfortunately, Diesel has been coughing enough for both of them.
I hope all this is worth it. I keep telling Presley that after her stitches are out, she is free to go up and down the steps, dig in the backyard, wrestle with her sister, and do whatever she feels up to doing. She just has to lie low for a few more days and then the sky's the limit.
